Arton Capital запускает Global Citizen Club: новый уровень доступа к мобильности и lifestyle-сервисам

A New Model of Global Citizenship

For ultra-wealthy individuals who live actively and move between countries, there’s always been a wide range of specialists: immigration lawyers submit applications for residence permits, wealth managers adjust investment portfolios, and concierge firms handle flights, hotels, and dining.

Yet these services are often fragmented. Clients may receive help in separate areas, but rarely get a single integrated team that understands the full context—passport strategy, children’s education preferences, and the family’s asset position across different jurisdictions.

To solve this fragmentation problem, Arton Capital (a Montreal-based investment migration advisor with 19 offices worldwide) has launched Global Citizen Club.

The initiative is structured as a joint venture with The VIP Global, a Dubai operator of premium concierge and ultra-high-touch travel services. Access is invitation-only. Within the club, mobility consulting, lifestyle management, and entry into a private network are delivered as part of one long-term relationship.

Where traditional investment migration consulting often focuses on point-in-time submissions and then goes quiet until the next stage, the club works differently: the team stays actively engaged on an ongoing basis. Residence strategy, asset positioning, trip logistics, and institutional-level introductions to the right people are handled by a coordinated international team.

Families and UHNWI no longer need to assemble “global life” from a dozen disconnected providers. The complexity is absorbed by a single, closed, ecosystem-based solution.

The Partnership Behind the Club

Arton Capital was founded in 2006 by Arman Arton. His ambitious vision remains expansive: to enable mobility for one billion people by 2035. Over nearly two decades, the company has grown into an integrated group spanning consulting, sovereign program development, real estate, media, and technology.

In its investment division, Arton runs citizenship by investment (CBI) and residence by investment (RBI) programs across the Caribbean, Europe, the Gulf region, and an expanding list of emerging markets—such as Botswana. Working with government partners goes beyond sales: Arton designs and implements programs for investors at the level of sovereign clients. Through the company’s processes, more than US$4 billion in foreign direct investment has been directed to participating countries.

Passport Index, co-founded by Arman Arton, also serves today as a reference tool for border authorities and travelers: the platform has already generated over 300 million page views in total. Its charitable foundation, Global Citizen Forum, brings investors, heads of state, and practitioners together for closed discussions on the future of mobility—including at locations such as Burj Khalifa and Ras Al Khaimah.

Separately, in November, an alliance agreement was reached with Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, resulting in investment migration consulting and premium real estate services being bundled into a single offering for the first time.

The VIP Global operates the premium concierge and ultra-flight coordination service out of Dubai. UHNWI clients are distributed across the Gulf region, Europe, and Asia. A multilingual team works nearly around the clock: private events, itinerary design, lifestyle logistics, as well as targeted introductions into the right “rooms” and to the right people.

Each client is assigned a personal concierge. They arrange aircraft, source villas and properties outside public listings, secure bookings where there is no phone number, and coordinate through a network of vetted partners built over decades of trust—without catalogs or “marketplaces,” just relationships.

Arton is responsible for mobility strategy and access at government and institutional levels. The VIP Global provides the “execution engine,” ensuring the service standard these clients expect.

What Membership Includes

Club services are organized into three key areas—so members don’t have to split tasks across separate providers that aren’t synchronized with each other.

Global Mobility and Residence Strategy

Senior consultants are assigned to each member and manage residence and citizenship planning continuously. Responsibilities include accelerated pathways across the full portfolio of Arton Capital programs, relocation logistics, legal structuring, and early access to new program launches. For clients pursuing a layered mobility strategy across multiple jurisdictions, this means ongoing support rather than a one-off job per application.

The value of long-term engagement became clear during a recent regional conflict in the Gulf countries: the concierge team prepared and distributed security briefings within 24 hours. The package included emergency contacts, personalized Passport Index reports for visa-free travel, and direct channels to private aviation providers.

Within 72 hours, Arton Capital helped 47 families with emergency relocation—via neighboring emirates, through land routes in Oman, and by connecting vetted options for private aircraft as well as ground transportation.

Many families moved quickly because they had already secured alternative residences in Europe or passports with broader visa-free travel opportunities. The concierge infrastructure simply “activated” the preparation that was already in place.

Access to the Sovereign Level and Strategic Introductions

Global Citizen Club opens doors to Arton Capital’s sovereign and institutional network. This includes private formats with company leadership, curated introductions to political and business stakeholders, and seats at invitation-only closed forums. For investors, family office leaders, and senior executives, the club creates a meeting space with a clear agenda—without “contact databases” or random connections.

UHNWI considering cross-border investments, joint projects, or philanthropy in unfamiliar markets receive introductions built around aligned interests—not around a generic list of contacts. The club treats members as a network: it connects people with comparable global reach and shared goals. The circle is intentionally exclusive.

Lifestyle Ecosystem and Asset Management Coordination

The VIP Global assigns each member a personal concierge. Premium travel, coordinating private aviation, sourcing real estate beyond the market, access to events, and daily lifestyle support are all handled by one person who understands the client’s life context. At the same time, the concierge doesn’t operate “in a vacuum” separate from the consulting side.

Someone who helps find a home or townhouse in the Algarve already has visibility into the residence timeline, the children’s education calendar, and the weeks when the client will be in Singapore.

In most service chains for UHNWI, information leaks at the handoffs between different providers. In Global Citizen Club, that gap doesn’t exist: a single team maintains the full picture.

Club Launch: Relationship Density Matters More Than Scale

Global Citizen Club was unveiled at a private evening event at a luxury villa on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai (lease/property value: 250M AED). The guest list was kept deliberately closed: UHNWI, founders, family office leaders, and several key global figures brought in from the company’s network across the Gulf, Europe, and the Americas. Throughout the evening, the leadership team met guests in an informal setting.

The event format reflected the club’s value: access to the right people in a space where conversations truly make sense.

Why This Matters for the Investment Migration Market

For decades, the investment migration market has followed a linear model: a client chooses a program, an agent submits documents, and the state approves the investment. The chain is clear, but the relationship with the client is often episodic.

Expectations have changed. Today, a UHNWI considering a second passport evaluates not only taxation, but also assets across multiple jurisdictions, schooling options for children, succession planning, and whether they have a team capable of managing life logistics across multiple countries at once. If you rely on separate, unconnected structures, you can lose context at every transition between providers.

Global Citizen Club is built on the idea that the next criterion for differentiation won’t be the programs themselves (which are increasingly converging in price and processing time), but the service architecture around them. When multiple countries offer comparable passports for comparable money, the most demanding client chooses first and foremost the relationship model they trust.

This logic has already been tested. In early March, when conflict disrupted the region’s usual order, families integrated into the Arton ecosystem were able to relocate within hours. Those starting from scratch lost days.

Global Citizenship as Strategic Infrastructure

Preparation creates an accumulation effect even amid unstable geopolitics. Delays work in the opposite direction. For families living and investing across borders, the question shifted—from “Do we need to invest in mobility?” to “How deeply and how well has everything been prepared?”

A passport kept in a safe is just a document. But when it’s paired with active residences on two continents, a concierge who knows the family, and a consulting team tracking regulatory changes in real time, it becomes operational infrastructure—quiet, resilient, and ready to support you when an ordinary morning suddenly turns tense.

Global Citizen Club was created exactly for this approach. It brings together consulting depth, the execution of lifestyle services, and network-based support over the long term.
