The Czech Republic is among the participating countries of the Digital Nomads program

More and more countries are joining the international Digital Nomad Visa program. Currently, the list includes more than 40 countries, including Greece, Iceland, Cyprus, and Malta. In January 2023, after heated discussions, Spain finally settled on the terms and began issuing residence permits for "digital nomads." The Czech Republic also amended its immigration legislation. In 2023, the Czech Republic's consulates began issuing visas for "digital nomads," but with some caveats.
