The Greek Golden Visa Program is one of the most advantageous investment programs in the European Union and the world. By the end of July, it is enough to purchase residential or commercial real estate worth at least €250,000 to obtain the coveted residence permit. This may also include agricultural land or investments in businesses or Greek mutual funds worth at least €400,000. The investor can come to the country with their wife/husband, children under 21, and their parents.

After August 1, 2023, the program conditions will change: for the purchase of housing in Athens and a number of other municipalities, the minimum limit will be €400,000.
